We are about to tip off the first game of the Highland Shootout! It’s the Lady Bulldogs vs. Greenville! Let’s go Dogs! ❤️🏀🖤


The Waterloo Bulldogs bounced back and defeated the Highland Bulldogs 51-44. Highland is back in action tomorrow in the 10am game of the Highland Shootout playing Triad.
It’s a battle of the Bulldogs down in the Loo. At the half, Highland leads Waterloo 24-13.
The Lady Bulldogs fall to Breese Central 47-45. The girls are back in action on Saturday morning at 8:30am vs Greenville in the first game of the Highland Shootout.
We are headed to overtime in Breese. Let’s go Dogs!

Highland Bowling defeated Triad on all levels tonight. Hunter Hediger took the high boys game with 267. Austin Davis had high boys series with 705. High girls game (257) and series (644) goes to Molly Marshall. Well done! ❤️🎳🖤
Whim ‘N Rhythm, an a cappella group from Yale University, performed for students at a PLC assembly this afternoon. It was a really great show!

English II students in Mrs. Huson’s class analyze and discuss elements of the novel, The Things They Carried, by Tim O’Brien, based on experiences of the 23rd Infantry during the Vietnam War. Some excellent conversations took place that engaged students at a high level.
