Flower fun happening in Ms. Johannes’ Floral Design classes! Last week, they made pumpkin arrangements full of fresh flowers and foliage. Students were able to apply their knowledge of floral design principles and later priced out their arrangements!

On Friday, October 18th, CTE teacher Michele. Heinz took 30 HHS Students to Webster University for a Cybersecurity Career Day Field Trip. HHS students learned about cybersecurity & heard about exciting future careers from area cybersecurity officers!

HHS had 61 students who visited the Metro Construction Career Expo. They had the opportunity to speak with 9 different unions. Mr. Deibert's Construction Trades classes and Ms. Geiger's Welding classes attended. Thanks to SIBA for such a great experience!

Congratulations to the HHS Marching Bulldogs for their excellent showing at SIU Carbondale’s Music & Motion Competition. The band received Best Percussion, Best Drum Majors, and 2nd Place Overall in Class AA!
Highland Volleyball beat Rochester earning 3rd place at the OFallon Tourney. They went 4-1 in the 10 team tourney with wins over Red Bud, Pekin, Bellevile East and Rochester. Kallie Hubbard earned All Tournament Honors
