Highland Softball, Baseball, and OS Impact teams we will be participating in a Ford fundraiser on September 27th from 9am-3pm. For each valid test-drive, Ford will make a $30 donation to the organization. Limit one (1) donation per household.

Last night was the first SMC Competition at SWIC for the Math Team and several students took home awards! Cole Corrie was 4th of the Freshmen, Brynn Battas was 7th of the Sophomores, Leo Scarborough was 3rd of the Juniors, Logan Mulcahy was 6th of the Juniors, Alexis Koenig was 8th of the Juniors, Ben Kunz was 2nd of the Seniors, Luke Schwarz was 3rd of the Seniors, and Andrew Winfree was 5th of the Seniors. Not a bad way to start the season!

A new Interact Club is getting started at Highland High School thanks to Jolie & Drew! First, the club will be repainting the Bulldog Paw Prints on Troxler in late October! Come join Interact as they Serve Their School and Community!

Highland defeats Charleston 2-0. They went 2-1 in pool play and bracket play will begin after 1:00 PM games are completed.

Teutopolis beats Highland 2-0 at the Charleston Tourney. Up next is Charleston at Noon.

Lady Bulldog Volleyball beats Decatur MacArthur 2-0 in the first match of the Charleston Tourney. Next up is Teutopolis at 11 AM.

Best of luck to our HHS Marching Band as they compete at the Tiger Ambush Classic in Edwardsville. You can catch their performance tonight at 6:45 P.M.

The Highland Marching Band takes the field for the first time this varsity season. They sound great.

Yearbook photos are now online! Emails went out on September 11. Emails are sent out even if you have already placed an order. If you submitted a paper order form on picture day or turned one into the teacher/office your order is being processed and you do not need to do anything else. If you did not receive an email you can order by going to www.voegelestudio.com. Click on Order Portraits and enter in your child’s student ID number as the online code. The deadline to order online and still get free shipping to school for 2025-26 Fall photos is Tuesday, September 23rd. After Tuesday the lab will charge a flat rate $8 shipping fee to all online orders, and orders will be shipped directly to the address you provide while placing the order

Students and parents are invited to join your school counselors for an overview of college planning and the admissions process. We will also host a panel of college admission representatives who will share tips and tricks for college admissions.
